Staples has this Custom Pre-inked Stamp for only $4.99 (regularly $22.99!).
NOTE that when you click on the 'Get Started' link, you will need to scroll down and select the $4.99 option – which is the 3/4″ x 2″ size (as pictured below). The other sizes start in price at $18.99.
