Have you ever heard of the Misto oil sprayer? It's a brushed aluminum sprayer that can quickly replace your aerosol spray cans... it's healthier for you AND less expensive. We're talking on average $0.50 per refill vs. a can of Pam for about $3!

And right now you can get 2 Misto sprayers for $11.99 AND Free Shipping on orders over $49! (maybe one for you and some for gifts)! Just visit here to get in on the deal! Amazon sells for $7.77 each so you're saving quite a bit!

A suggestion would be to use one for olive oil and one for vinegar to spray on your salad!

The uses for the Misto are endless, including grilling, roasting, spraying, sautéing, non stick cooking, even basting the turkey, baking, prepping... you get the idea! You can also use it to spray on salads, veggies, pasta, pizza, chicken, seafood, meats...

It’s a great way for those being health conscious and pocketbook conscious… you use less oil, less calories and because it’s not aerosol less damage to the environment!

Here is a video showing you how to use the Misto!

I have olive oil in one of my Misto's and I use it to spray my store bought foccacia before popping it in the oven. I also use it to spritz olive oil on halved fresh cherry tomatoes before popping them in the oven to make fresh "sun dried" tomotoes. (PS) I put sprigs of fresh herbin the Misto to flavor the oil)

  7. I would use this to lightly coat the pan before I sprinkle cornmeal and bake my fresh GFCF French Bread!!!

  8. I would fill the Misto with lemon juice. I am always making applesauce and I constantly have to toss apples with lemon juice. It would be great to just "mist" them!

  9. I don't think that it's original but I have one of this and use it for coating my muffin and cake pans before pouring my batter in.
    Thanks!

  12. Sometimes while baking a foul covered casserole, the cheese on top sticks to the foil.
I would give the foil a spray before putting on the casserole,,,no more sticking! Kat K.

I make my own flavored olive oil to use on on veggies and breads that I put under the broiler after tossing with the oil. I use garlic, oregano and basil. Smells and tastes awesome on just about anything. I'd use the Misto to make it easier to deliver this scrumptiousness to the food and I would use less!

  15. I would use my Misto to spray my grill grates BEFORE lighting it up. plus - i know it is made for oil but I usually brush booze of some kind on top of the layers of cakes before I fill and stack them. I think Misto dedicated to this would work nicely and allow me to do a lighter, more controlled amount lbooze and avoid pooling or soaking the cake.

  17. I would put my favorite oil based salad dressing in it and take it with me in case I am at a resturant or somewhere that might not have the salad dressing that I want or like and I can use this.wilcarvic

  18. I would use it to spray vegetables before I sprinkle them with spices and roast them in the oven. Would save me from "tossing them" in oil. Thanks so much! pamelashockley(AT)aol(DOT)com
