A recent survey proves that we all love to save, It also shows that most of us have shoppers guilt. We recently conducted a survey along with one of our favorite deal sites, http://www.eversave.com/ to find out your shopping habits.
We asked more than 500 women about their shopping habits as part of the survey. And guess what we learned? Even though you are savvy shoppers – 37 percent of you have saved $51-$100 while making purchases – 67 percent of you still feel guilty about it. Thirty percent admit to hiding a purchase in the trunk of their car until they can sneak it in the house undetected – and we thought we were the only ones!. Fifty-five percent have also thrown something out or donated an old item to make room for new purchases. On the other hand, 18 percent of you shop guilt-free regardless of price. And when it comes to seeing great daily deals, 49 percent will buy the deal for themselves without hesitation.
We also learned the lengths you will go to save money and stretch your family’s budget. Almost all of you, 93 percent, use coupons and/or promo codes. An equal amount shop during sales. Eighty-three percent of you use deal sites like Eversave and 80 percent use manufacturer coupons.
So Keep up the good work and please don’t feel guilty when you treat yourself to something new. You earned it.
