Best Buy DVD Exchange Deal this week

If you have old DVD's lying around collecting dust, did you know that Best Buy stores run promotions every once in a while where you can trade in any* DVD for a $5.00 coupon that you can redeem toward the purchase of any Blu-ray title priced at $9.99 or more!?

I haven't had a chance to stop in yet but Melissa, our West Michigan Mommy, was able to stop in a pick up these great deals.

She purchased 3 of the Ice Age Movies which were Blu-Ray Combo packs + Digital Copy (priced at $9.99) -- for just $4.99 after the $5 coupon! Best of all, they included $5 in movie cash to see the newest Ice Age in theaters -- so if you were planning on seeing that movie anyways, that makes the combo packs FREE!

She also spotted Alvin & the Chipmunks (also $9.99) and that included $5 in Ice Age movie cash! She purchased a fifth movie also, so her total for 5 blu-ray movies (many of which were combo packs with digital copies) was just $26.49 after tax! Less the $20 in movie cash we'd earned, it was like paying just $6.49 for 5 blu-ray's!!!

Keep in mind our taxes are most likely a bit higher but this is still an amazing deal!
