B2S-Free haircuts for kids at JCPenny in August

Here is an awesome freebie that will really help you save on getting your kids ready for Back to School!  Starting August 1,  JCP will give any child (Kindergarten-6th grade) a free haircut.  Promotion is for the whole month of August.
