Every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday in May from 2pm – 6pm, adults and children (ages 7+) can stop by a participating CVS for a FREE Health Screening, no appointment necessary!

Medical professionals will screen for the following:

• Blood pressure
• Body mass index (BMI)
• Glucose
• Cholesterol
• Nutrition assessment

Plus, get a FREE Tote Bag and a $5 off coupon after your health screening just for participating!
